T. Mohandas Pai Skill Development Institute (TMPSDI) is a new project of MGM College Trust launched on 13th January 2023 on the campus of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College, Udupi. The institute is named after late Sri T. Mohandas Pai, the past President of MGM College Trust and the first son of Padmashree Dr. T.M.A. Pai, the founder of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial (MGM) College.

This institute has been set up mainly to provide the skills (Cognitive Skills, Socio-emotional Skills, Technical Skills, and Digital Skills) to the youth with the objective of enhancing their employment or self-employment opportunities.
